How Red Rocket describes AI-assisted work, active development, and the boundaries between demonstrated capability, research, and future products.
AI is part of the work, not a substitute for accountability.
Red Rocket uses and develops AI systems as tools for research, analysis, software development, automation, content support, and operational workflows. Human judgment remains part of the process where decisions, risk, interpretation, approval, or accountability require it.
Development status matters.
Some Red Rocket material discusses systems that are under active development. A description of an architecture, prototype, internal capability, planned module, or research direction should not be read as a representation that the capability is finished, certified, generally available, or offered for sale.
Local-first does not mean local-only.
Red Rocket's development philosophy favors local execution when it meaningfully improves ownership, privacy, cost control, availability, or independence. Some workflows may still use cloud services or cloud reasoning where doing so is appropriate. The intended design principle is deliberate escalation rather than unnecessary dependence.
AI output can be wrong.
AI-generated or AI-assisted output may contain errors, omissions, unsupported assumptions, or stale information. Red Rocket systems are designed around verification, controls, and human review where appropriate, but no AI system should be assumed infallible.
Content and demonstrations
Technical articles and demonstrations are educational and informational. They may simplify implementation details to explain a concept without disclosing proprietary internals. Where a capability is experimental, planned, or in progress, Red Rocket aims to say so clearly.
